Your Pride Jazzy and Golden chair comes with a full manufacturer warranty plus a one year in-home service contract paid for by us. Both parts and labor are covered for the first full year you have your Jazzy. If you need service you simply call the Pride Mobility 800 number supplied with your Jazzy. A technician will be scheduled to come repair your Jazzy.

Your Electric wheelchair will arrive fully assembled Except for the batteries. Upon arrival, a technician will come to your home and install the batteries for no extra charge. We do not know of another company that offers this service.

Shipping in included in our price for all orders delivered in the continental US. For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada and other foreign countries there will be additional freight charges based on actual costs. We will be happen to quote the exact, delivered cost on these units.

YES.Your electric wheelchair will arrive with 2 sealed maintenance free batteries. These batteries are FAA/airline approved and can be used on all forms of public transportation.

We have choosen not to be a Medicare provider so we can not file Medicare claims for you. We will provide you with an invoice for the Jazzy and you may file with the appropriate insurance/agency on your own behalf.

All of our power chairs are shipped directly from Pride or Golden. If you choose a unit that is in stock, it will arrive at your home in 3 to 6 business days.
If your selection is not in stock it will be built for you. Present manufacturing times are 7 to 12 business days. Shipping will take and additional 2 to 7 business days.
