Return Policy

Return Policy-Listed below are the specifics of certain items. If an item is not listed you have 10 days to return the product. You will be responsible for freight both ways and 15% restocking fee. You must call 919-231-0364 (M-F 9-5 est.) to obtain a RA number and shipping information.

Bath Safety

Bath Products:

All products used in the bathroom are non returnable. This includes but not limiited to the rehab shower/wheel chairs.

Electric Wheelchairs
When your new electric wheelchair arrives you have 10 days to inspect it for any defects or damage. If there are any defects or damage to your new electric wheelchair the manufacturer will repair it at no cost to you, or replace it with a new wheelchair at the manufacturers option.
If the correct wheelchair is delivered and there are no defects in materials or workmanship, but you don't like it for any reason, you have 10 days following delivery to return it. Simply call our customer service number at 919-231-0364 (M-F 9-5 EST), let us know you want to return the wheelchair, and we will send you a Return Authorization Release Form by either fax or email. Upon the return of your signed form we will issue a return authorization number.
Customers will be respondsible for packaging and shipping the wheelchair. If you do not have the original box one may be purchaed at the cost of the box plus shipping. Once the chair is received at the manufacturers facility in new condition, we will rerfund your purchase price of the electric wheelchair less a 15% restocking (Shoprider 20%) fee and $100 for the outbound freight charges.

CANCELLATIONS:
If your electric wheelchair has left the warehouse you will be respondsible for freight charges of $200 standard ground or actual for express shipping and restocking of 15% (Shoprider 20%). If your electric wheelchair has not left the warehouse your charge is $50.00

Rolling Walkers
15% Restocking fee plus freight.

Wheelchair Lifts
15% restocking, freight to you and you return the lift at your cost.
Tilt-A-Racks 20% restocking and $100 outbound freight.

Lift to be returned must be in new condition, with original packaging, instructions, and warranty material. Wheelchair lifts that have been installed cannot be returned.

Stair Lifts
Stair lifts are custom made to fit your stairs. There are no returns on these units.

Wheelchairs
When your new chair arrives you have 10 days to inspect it for any defects or damage. If there are any defects or damage to your new chair we will repair it at no cost to you in your home, or replace it with a new chair for no additional charge, at your option. If the correct chair is delivered and there are no defects in materials or workmanship but you just don't like it for any reason, you have 10 days following delivery to return it or exchange it for a different model.. Simply call our customer service number at 800-283-9647, let us know you want to return the chair, and we will issue a return authorization number. You will be responsible for re-packaging the chair for return shipment. Once the chair is ready for shipment we will have it picked up and returned. Once the chair is received at our facility in good condition, we will refund your purchase price of the chair after deducting a 15% restocking fee and freight charges.

Adjustable Beds
When your new GoldenRest Adjustable bed arrrives you have 10 days to inspect it for any defects or damage. If there are any defects or damage toyour new bed, the manufacturer will repair it at no cost to you, or replace it with a new bed at the manufacturers option.

If the correct adjustable bed is delivered, and ther are no defects in materials or workmanship, but you don't like it for any reason, you have 10 days following delivery to return it. Simply call our customr service number at 919-231-0364 (M-F 9-5 EST), let us know you want to return the bed, and we will send you a Return Authorization Release Form by either fax or email. Upon the return of you signed form we will issue a return authorization number.
Customer will be responsible for packaging and shipping the adjustable bed, If yo do not have the original box one may be purchased at the cost of the box plus shipping. Once the bed is received and inspected, determined to be in like new condition, we will refund your purchase price of the adjustable bed, less:

  • A 15% restocking fee.
  • $250.00 for the outbound freight charges
  • $250.00 for in-home set up.

Any mattress which has had the plastic removed cannot be returned as it cannot be resold. You will recieve credit for the adjustable bed base and you will be charged for replacement of the mattress.

CANCELATIONS:
If you adjustable bed has left the warehouse and you cancel there will be a freight charge of $250 plus restocking of 15%. If you bed has not yet left the warehouse the concelation fee is $250.

Vertical Platform Lifts
Vertical lifts are non returnable.
CANCELLATION: If your vertical lift has not been built you will be charged a cancelation fee of $250.

Wheelchair Trailers
There are no returns.

If you place an order and cancel before shipping there is a cancellation fee of $250
